Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically at the cadence you select until you pause or cancel. We email you before each renewal. You can change or cancel at any time from your account; cancelling before a renewal date prevents that charge.

Product information and health
Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information here is general and is not medical advice — consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.

The FORME name, logo, product names, copy, photography and site design are owned by Forme Nutrition and may not be reproduced without written permission. PeptiStrong® is a registered trademark of its respective owner.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forme Nutrition is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. We may update them from time to time; the version posted here is the one that applies to your order.
