What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and order history. When you join our list, we collect your email address. We never see or store your full card number — payments are handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

To fulfill and support your orders, manage subscriptions, send order updates, respond to your messages, and — only if you've opted in — send marketing email. We also use aggregated analytics to understand how the site is used.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and analytics and advertising cookies to measure site performance and the effectiveness of our marketing. You can manage non-essential cookies from your browser settings at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who make the business run: our ecommerce and payment platforms, shipping carriers, email provider and analytics tools. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any message. You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@forme.com. Residents of California and certain other states have additional rights, which we honor for everyone.

Children

FORME products and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
