Products
Both contain 26 g of whey protein and 2.4 g of PeptiStrong®. PERFORM+ adds 5 g of creatine monohydrate and 1.5 g of HMB, which makes it the better fit for higher-volume or progressive strength training.
If you're building a consistent routine and want a strong daily foundation, start with 01 PROTEIN+. If you're already taking creatine separately, or you're deep in a training block, go straight to 02 PERFORM+.
There's no need to. PERFORM+ contains everything in PROTEIN+ plus creatine and HMB, so one scoop of 02 covers it.
PROTEIN+ comes in Vanilla Bean and PERFORM+ in Chocolate. More flavors are in development.
Ingredients & dosing
A natural peptide network derived from fava bean, identified through computational analysis and studied in human trials. We include the full 2.4 g used in that research.
No. Loading phases shorten the time to saturation but aren't required. 5 g daily, taken consistently, gets you to the same place.
Both formulas are built on a whey protein base and therefore contain milk. They're produced in a facility that also handles soy and tree nuts.
No added sugar. Both formulas are sweetened with stevia leaf extract and contain around 1 g of naturally occurring sugar per serving.

Choose monthly delivery and your FORME routine arrives automatically. Before each future shipment, you can change which formulas you receive, or skip, pause or cancel whenever your routine changes.
If a formula isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — even on an opened tub.
