Shipping
Where we ship
FORME ships across all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping isn't available yet.
Rates
Standard shipping is $6. Orders over $75 ship free. Expedited 2-day shipping is $18 at checkout.
Processing & delivery
Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day leave our facility the same day. Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is handed to the carrier.
Returns
The 30-day guarantee
If a formula isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace it — even if the tub is open. We'd rather you find the right fit than keep your money.
How to start a return
Email support@forme.com with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work. We'll send a prepaid label where a return is needed.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
Damaged or missing orders
If something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll replace it immediately. No return required.

Pause, skip, reschedule, change cadence or switch formulas at any time from your account — no phone call, no retention script.
Before each shipment
We email you three days before every renewal so a shipment never surprises you.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account. Cancelling before a renewal date means you aren't charged for it.
