How we decide what goes in.

It has to have human evidence

Cell and animal work is interesting. It isn't sufficient. We look for trials in people who resemble the people who'll take it.

We use the studied dose

If the research used 2.4 g, the label says 2.4 g. Anything less is decoration, and we'd rather leave an ingredient out than underdose it.

It has to survive the formula

An ingredient that makes a shake undrinkable won't get taken. Adherence is part of efficacy, so taste and texture are formulation constraints, not afterthoughts.

Why we include it
Protein is the one input almost everyone training is short on. Whey is fast-absorbing, highly bioavailable, and the most studied protein source we have. We use a concentrate and isolate blend so texture stays smooth without sacrificing the amino acid profile.

Why we include it
